If we are going to see our church change we will have to grasp these 4 concepts
#1 As a Church we have to realize: we are going to wander for a while because of our sin and taking our eyes off the vision.
#2 As a Church we have to realize: God did not call us just to pray for people but to reach out to them with and through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
#3 As a Church we have to realize: Faithless people go unnoticed but faithful people leave a legacy.
#4 As a Church we have to realize: we need to stop helping people feel comfortable and start helping people change their lives.
How do we do it??????????
Become Salt and Light
Matthew 5:13-14 13"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. 14"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
Salt preserves and light dispels darkness
Become Peacemakers
Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.
Attack war within the church with peace
Become Uncomfortable
Matthew 16:17-20 17. Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. 18. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. 19. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." 20. Then he warned his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ.
God reveals things to us and moves best in our lives when we are uncomfortable

Hebrews 10:22-25 22. let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. 25. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Become one, challenge each other, encourage each other, and enjoy the journey!
